Do I need to buy stock?

No. You sell first; we pack and ship from our stock after you punch the order.

Is there a setup or monthly fee for dropshippers?

No setup fee and no monthly fee. You only keep a prepaid wallet balance to cover your orders' dropship price.

How do Daraz orders work?

When you get a Daraz order, punch the order ID, products and the Daraz shipping label PDF. We attach your label and hand it to the Daraz courier.

What about orders from my own website or social pages?

Punch the customer's name, phone, address and COD amount. We deliver Cash on Delivery; when delivered, the COD minus Rs 250 delivery charge is added to your wallet.

What if an order is cancelled or returned?

Cancelled orders are refunded to your wallet. For returns only the return charge is deducted.

Can I write my own titles and descriptions?

Yes — and you should. Each product has a kit with photos and details so your listing is unique on Daraz.
